The twist is that instead of drafting a normal format—two packs of Hour of Devastation and a pack of Amonkhet, or three packs of Ixalan, or any of those other carefully crafted formats—you purchase as many different packs and sets from what is behind the counter at Phoenix Games & Hobbies and get drafting.
