Players can pre-register at $30 per player. If greater than 20 players register, then a $5 refund will be given at the door for all pre-registered players. If greater than 25 register, then the refund will be $10. Pre-Registration payment can be sent to dsatnik@mi-group.ca via e-transfer or PayPal (using the friend and family option): e-transfer is preferred.
Pre-Registration will be accepted until 23:59 on August 13th 2016. This is to assist the Tournament Organizer in getting appropriate prize support based on the number of attendees. Players who register after this deadline will not be given a refund at the door.
Space is limited to thirty players. This event is first come, first serve. This event is expected to be full: players are encouraged to pay and secure a spot in advance, and players who wait to pay at the door may not be able to play (ie: no spots will be held, and no guarantees that there will be a spot for you). Formal registration will happen immediately upon arrival at the event. All players will be required to hand in a copy of their army list when registering.
